Users can experience complimentary features for the first 30 days by registering quickly and easily:

 <li>Personalized Training Plans: Set specific targets such as fitness improvement, walking, weight loss, or race preparation (5Km to marathon). The app customizes plans based on individual form, goal dates, availability, and ongoing progress.</li>
 <li>Virtual Coaching: Receive vocal guidance throughout workouts to stay informed about accomplishments and future tasks without needing to glance at your screen.</li>
 <li>Enhanced Mobile Application Features:

Please note that any remaining time from a free trial will be forfeited once a purchase is made.
